Refund policy
Buyers are encouraged to read product descriptions prior to purchase to ensure that they are receiving the size, quantity and item that they are seeking.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges. The only exception to this policy is an error of the seller. Please thoroughly inspect packages upon receipt and notify seller within 10 days of receipt of an error (i.e.… wrong item, missing item, wrong size). The seller will work with the buyer to resolve issues as they arise.

Packages returned due to refused, returned, or undeliverable can be reshipped once additional shipping costs have been processed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
