Shipping policy
All orders ship within 2-5 days depending on the processing time. Items are shipped either USPS or UPS and normally arrive within 3-7 business days. Tracking numbers and shipping confirmations are provided via email for each order at the time of shipping. Due to the increase in lost, delayed, or damaged packages, shipping insurance will be added to the cost of each package.
For USPS shipping, First Class Packages will incur an additional cost of $0.60-85 to cover package insurance costs. USPS packages shipping Priority mail or higher automatically include insurance coverage up to $100. For orders over $100, the shipper will add on additional coverages as needed to ensure that the entire cost of the order is covered. These will range in costs from $0.60-0.85.
All orders ship to the address provided at the time of the order. Failure to provide the correct address is the fault of the purchaser, the seller will make attempts to correct but if the order has already shipped, there may be minimal ways to correct the issue. The seller is not responsible for replacing or tracking down a package shipped to an erroneous address provided by the buyer.
Please be advised the USPS shipping times have been extremely delayed are expected to remain this way for the near future due to COVID. Please understand that these delays are beyond the control of the seller. Buyers must understand that processing times to assemble and ship orders are different than the shipping times of when the package will be delivered. Shipping delays are beyond my control. The seller is not responsible for items lost, misdelivered, stolen, or listed as delivered but never received. If you have not received your package after 30 days after shipment you may file a claim using the tracking information provided. Please note that a USPS status of ‘Delayed or Arriving Late’ is a regular occurrence and is not considered lost until 30 days after shipment. Therefore, the shipper cannot cancel, refund or replace a package before it is officially listed as lost or stolen.
Items marked as delivered by the carrier are considered delivered. If buyer does not receive the package, it is the seller's responsibility to contact the local carrier office to assist in locating a package. Any items marked as undeliverable as addressed or are returned to sender will incur a 20% restocking fee. Please ensure that orders are correct prior to placing the order. Items will not be added onto an existing order, or two orders will not be combined as orders are packaged in a systematic process.
